Craig MullerCraig Muller brings a strong background in credit, fraud and identity services. He brings a deep understanding of customers' needs for identity protection and has broad experience developing, marketing and launching products in the information marketplace. Muller led various teams at Experian where he developed strategic partnerships with information service providers, created customer loyalty programs and led the development of information solutions for the automotive industry. Previously, Muller was with The Polk Company and Rentrac Information Systems, a start-up company. During his first three years with Experian, Muller was credited with tripling response rates to direct marketing promotions and growing revenue by over 200% in his business unit. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University with a Finance concentration.
