When you use any of the Services we may ask you to provide us with the following types of information:
Personal information you knowingly choose to disclose.
When you register with freeIDENTITYprotect or premiumIDENTITYprotect and sign up for any of the Services, you may provide us with certain personal information, such as your name and email address and any other personal or preference information that you provide to us (including for example your social security number and credit card number(s)). We will store this information in a commercially reasonably secure environment.
Web site use information collected by us as you interact with the Services.
When you use any of the Services we may collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all users of the Services, whether just visiting the Web site or actually using the Services. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using “cookies.” A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. - We may share the information we collect about you with other companies so that the Services you purchase are effectively provided.
- The personal information you provide during enrollment in the five free services is entered directly into third party sites (eg Federal Trade Commission, Direct Marketing Association and Credit Bureaus) or over the phone. This information is not seen or collected by freeIDENTITYprotect.
- If you are a registered user of our Service and have supplied your email address, freeIDENTITYprotect may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with freeIDENTITYprotect and our products. You will always have the option to Opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email that we send to you.
Children Under Age 16
freeIDENTITYprotect provides the Services to only those individuals age 16 or older. freeIDENTITYprotect does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register and/or use the Services. If you are under age 16, please do not send any information about yourself to us – of ANY KIND. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Changing or Removing Information
It is important that the information we maintain about you is accurate and complete. Violations of this Policy

Terms of Use, Notices and Revisions
If you choose to use any freeIDENTITYprotect Services, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of and application of law of the state of Washington.
