The National Do Not Call list is operated by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. It gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home or on your cell phone. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been on the list for 31 days. You can register your home phone, cell phone and fax number on the list.
