In the event of identity theft, members will receive:
- Customer Service — Dedicated highly trained agents are available 24/7. These agents will guide you through identity and credit record restoration as well as provide ID Theft Recovery Kits, complete with form letters to send to creditors and bureaus.
- Income Protection — Coverage is provided for lost wages up to $500 per week for 4 weeks as a result of time off work related to a covered stolen identity event.
- Expense Reimbursement — Expenses related to the recovery of one's identity, including defense costs for certain civil suits, re-filing for loans and reimbursement of certain fees are covered.
- Restoration Services — The customer will have the opportunity to have a dedicated case worker help them resolve their identity theft.
